When following a Candida diet, you need to ensure that you keep your blood sugar levels are kept at an acceptable level. This can be done by eating a substantial breakfast, lunch and supper. Do not skip a meal. If you have a problem with low energy levels or you scratch to feel dizzy, you need to simply add a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack to your eating schedule. Also try to drink plenty of water in order to help with the release of toxins from your body.
