Flat Abs Fast – Diet Dos And Don’ts

The best way to work on getting those flat sexy abs fast is to start at the beginning. The first step that you will need to take is to reduce any belly fat or “spare tire” that you might have. The best and easiest way to do this is with a healthy sensible diet.

Diet Dos:

1. Eat plenty of good quality proteins.

Good quality proteins work to satisfy your hunger, burn more calories while being digested and most important work to build good muscle.This is very important since good muscle burns fat.

2. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits and unrefined grains.

At least 45% to 65% of your daily calories should be high quality carbohydrates found in vegetables, fruits and whole grains. This would be the equivalent of three to five 4oz servings of vegetables, and two to four 4oz servings of fruit along with one cup of whole grains per meal.

3. Be sure to drink plenty of water.

4. Include healthy fats in your diet as well. Good sources of healthy fats are nuts and seeds, olive oil, coconut, peanut butter to name a few.

Strive to eat five or six small meals throughout the day instead of 3 larger meals. This allows you to remain full and avoid food cravings.It will also allow you to burn calories more effectively.

Diet Don’ts:

1. Don’t eat processed foods. These contain a lot of shortening, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose corn syrup and are probably the worst thing to have in your food.

2. Avoid drinks and soups that have caffeine and sodium.

3. Avoid carbonated drinks

Remember that what you eat is just as important as how much you exercise when trying to get flat abs fast. Be patient and remember that this is not going to happen overnight. It will take time and a lot of effort on your part to obtain those abs you have always dreamed of, but it can be done.
